The membership of the New Brunswick Building Trades Unions are good neighbours and therefore understand the importance of giving back to the communities in which our members live.

Whether its the sponsorship of a provincial Midget Triple AAA Girl's hockey team, a provincial Girls U17 Basketball team, the donation of used construction tools to the Miramichi Youth Correctional Centre, financial support for the Juvenile Diabetes Association or the in-kind donation of labour support for the construction of a permanent home for a charity supporting at-risk youth called the Joshua Group, the NB Building Trades strives to build better communities in New Brunswick!

Helmets to Hardhats (H2H) Canada is a partnership with Canada's Building Trades Unions, their many Employers across Canada, and Government stakeholders. The H2H sister program originated in the United States in 2003, and has been highly successful for America. H2H Canada will follow a similar model, but is focused on career opportunities in Canada for anyone who has served (or is currently serving and looking to transition to a civilian career) in either the Regular or Reserve Force Components of the Canadian Forces.
